About Me
I am a second-year Ph.D. student in Computer Science at South Dakota State University. I build on-device and agentic AI systems: LLM-based agents that reason, remember, and adapt reliably under real-world constraints. My current research centers on reinforcement learning for post-training and reasoning, agent memory and experience governance, and how data and rewards shape what a model actually learns.
This work is grounded in a strong publication record (676 citations, h-index 11, i10-index 12 on Google Scholar) across leading IEEE venues, including IEEE TMM, IEEE/ACM ToN, IEEE TMC, IEEE COMST (IF 46.7), IEEE TNSE, and IEEE IoTJ, spanning LLM agents, on-device learning, and efficient edge intelligence. I also serve the community as a reviewer for IEEE JSAC, IEEE TMC, IEEE TDSC, IEEE IoTJ, and others.

Experimental Infrastructure

The on-device numbers in these papers come from hardware I built and maintain: two NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64 GB nodes with manipulator arms, a Jetson AGX Thor 128 GB hub, and four Raspberry Pi 5 rovers on real 802.11ac links. Power is read per rail from INA3221 sensors and tegrastats. Cloud-side training and serving run on an A100/H100 cluster.
